This shampoo bar is like a mineral treatment for your hair!  The bentonite and french red clays in this bar work their magic by removing unwanted residues from the hair and scalp, leaving your hair feeling clean, soft, shiny, and full of volume.  Patchouli oil has astringent properties that help contract blood vessels in the scalp to encourage hair growth and is also known for treating hair loss, helping to treat dandruff and dry scalp.  Lavender oil is used not only for its wonderful scent, but because it also can help control dandruff, condition hair, and will leave your hair looking shiny and healthy.

Castor oil is an excellent humectant for hair.  It has anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties, and can be used as a treatment for hair thinning and hair loss.  Castor oil is helpful in preventing a dry, itchy scalp.  
 
Shea butter provides moisture for a dry and flaky scalp.  It helps reduce dryness and breakage of the hair strand, which over time will result in longer healthier hair.
